Yes, consignment is an option on higher end items that you may wish to sell for cash. If your item is valued for resale at $2,000 or more, we will consider consignment with a 70/30 split. That means, you the customer makes 70% of the sale when and if, the item sells.
Generally speaking we buy season appropriate clothing. We are very picky with selecting items for purchase or trade. Items must be freshly laundered and free of defects, odors, stains, hair and pet hair. Additionally, we purchase what is fashionable, trending and highly popular and in demand at the moment. We may pass up on your items for many reasons, including: not in season, not in high demand, inventory surplus, and not in the condition that we request. We cannot emphasize enough that all items must be ready to hit the sales floor. We buy items that are in pristine condition. Note: we don’t buy your dirty laundry!
We are brand conscious so we are looking for higher end items and accessories. We do not take in items from discount stores (Old Navy, Walmart, Target, Shopko, etc.), swimwear, bras, young teen wear or women’s office suits. As a boutique, we are looking for fun, classy and desired fashion labels and brands. We love items from Anthropologie, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Shopbop, Neiman Marcus and Barneys of New York to list a few. Sample brands we don’t take: Old Navy, Forever 21, Hollister, Rue 21, Xhiliration, Wet Seal, Candies, Mudd, and many others!

Yes! The stores are locally owned and operated. Shop local and support sustainable small businesses. Our goal is two-fold: to contribute to be “green” by providing a market for extending the life of high quality items. The second goal is to provide an economical source for the fashion conscious to keep their wardrobe in style, refreshed and recycled.
The biggest green initiative is recycled clothing. Tons of textiles are sent to the landfills each year. That’s a lot of threads! Promoting an active exchange of recycled textiles is green. Our unique model BUY-SELL-TRADE entirely supports the green movement and eco-friendly efforts at reducing, reusing, and recycling.
